EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

At least 8 years prior banking experience is required

Solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Capable of designing and developing user-friendly, modern-looking, customized solutions using Oracle APEX applications that meet client requirements and maximizes user efficiency

Capable of leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and support

Able to develop complex web applications using Oracle APEX

Able to implement and maintain web application architecture and design patterns

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to seek out creative solutions

Ability to maintain documentation on all work products and code bases

Ability to truly internalize the business need of a solution and build toward a functional goal

An awareness of data privacy, security concerns, and possible vulnerabilities

Develop and integrate systems using REST APIs

Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and responsible team player

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work with a cross-functional array of teams, technical and non-technical
