Description:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our Operations Department!

Location: DHA Phase-6, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately in the Sidat Hyder ERP software. 
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular quality checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input critical information.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to support various operational tasks.
• Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for Clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven 1 -2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Sidat Hyder ERP software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
