Operations Officer

 

Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of AUTO CAD (2D & 3D), can make layouts according to the requirement.

• To look after the day-to-day Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing of an Apartment Building.

• Conduct research and compile information as requested.

• Assist in the bookkeeping of expense claims.

• Willing to visit Sites.

Qualification:

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering, with at least 1-2 years job experience.

2. Strong knowledge of Auto CAD (2D & 3D), and can make layouts accordingly.

3. To look after the day-to-day Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing of an Apartment Building.

4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.

6. Ability to work as a part of a team.

7. Knowledge of construction terminology and processes (preferred).
