Description:

The company is sister-company of a UK Company (NTIS UK) so it involves constant liaising with UK staff so communication (verbal/written) in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all requests from clients are completed in a quick and professional manner.
• Adhering to company protocols regarding requests is essential
• Answering the telephone in a professional manner (training can be provided)
• Emailing clients/colleagues in the UK (training will be provided)
• Completing tasks as set by Manager is part of the job
• Taking minutes of meetings (training will be provided)
