Description:
A UK-based company is expanding operations in Pakistan and is looking for an Operations Manager to lead its call center team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication skills, and experience managing call center teams, lead generation campaigns, and claims processing.
✔️ Lead and manage a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets.
✔️ Oversee lead generation campaigns and ensure compliance with UK campaign requirements.
✔️ Manage claims processing and deposit handling with accurate reporting.
✔️ Provide training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
✔️ Ensure compliance with UK standards and company policies.
✔️ Collaborate with the UK team and senior management to align operations.
✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in a call center leadership role.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Experience in claims processing & deposit management is a plus.
✅ Fluent in English with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
✅ Willing to work onsite at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (2 PM - 11 PM).
