Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Salon Manager to join our team at NGents Lahore. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all salon operations, managing a team of salon professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Recruit, hire, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, nail technicians, and support staff.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and implement professional development plans.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients, promoting a welcoming and comfortable salon experience.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained salon environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

Monitor and manage salon supplies, equipment, and product inventory, coordinating replenishment as needed.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques, and make recommendations for salon improvements and updates.

Marketing and Sales:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective salon promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.

Drive salon sales by analyzing sales reports, setting targets, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

Proven experience (05 Years Min.) working in a salon environment.

In-depth knowledge of salon services, treatments, and products.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
