As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to lead our team in the Karachi office located in Bahadurabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to the immigration consulting team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Client Management:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Address client concerns and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve client retention rates.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline workflow.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals.
Sales and Business Development:
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Ensure that the team is up-to-date on relevant immigration policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 3 years experience in Canadian Business CBI, UK, and USA processing and Student/visit/ICT/
startup visa/LMIA.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business & Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Negotiation & Presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A legal background would be beneficial.
- Attention to detail
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
