Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Franchise Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our franchise network in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG or hospitality chain system, a knack for automation, and a strategic mindset to drive expansion and efficiency. This role requires a dynamic leader with a degree in Business Administration and 4-5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Donation Box Management: Oversee the placement, collection, and maintenance of donation boxes across various locations.
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient donation box management, including tracking donations, ensuring security, and reporting.
- Coordinate with staff members responsible for box placement and collection, providing necessary training and support.
- Business Development: Identify potential partner shops and businesses for placing donation boxes, considering factors such as foot traffic, target demographics, and brand alignment.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with shop owners and decision-makers to secure partnerships for donation box placement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partner shops, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with the NGO's mission and values.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations of franchise locations to ensure consistency and quality standards of tandoor.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all franchises.
- Innovation and Automation:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and integrate automation tools to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Drive the expansion strategy by identifying potential markets and new franchise opportunities.
- Support new franchisees during the setup phase and ensure they meet operational standards.
