We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the logistics and supply chain functions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of logistics and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage budgets and oversee financial performance to meet organizational goals.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
