UpLaw is seeking a Co-Founder (Operations & Management) to lead our company's growth and success. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Co-Founder (Operations & Management) will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets and resources, and foster a positive company culture. For example:

• Representing startup in different pitching competitions and corporate events.
• Liaising with Govt Departments, Law Ministries & Bar Councils/Associations
• Pitching to potential investors, Govt. officials, VCs etc
• Media Management, interviews, public appearances, talks & press releases
• Marketing/Branding using social capital to onboard law firms, partners, law schools etc;

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a founder/co-founder of a startup or in senior management roles in a high-growth company
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners
• Open to work full time (against equity in the company, initially no salary/compensation until funding is raised)
• Understanding of financial management and accounting principles
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and drive decision making in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
