SwotsUp is Pakistan’s first-ever food social app. It’s a product of The SWOT’s Guide (PVT) LTD. TSG is one of the world's largest communities on Facebook, with years of data in the form of UGC and over 14 years of experience in community building & management. With SwotsUp in play, we are on the journey to become the first-ever Food Social App in the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
o Assist the operations team in preparing and working on the go-to-marketing strategy for SwotsUp
o Social listening, observing user behavior, understanding, and translating into actionable recommendations that promote business objectives and drive tangible results
o Identifying and developing long-term, scalable product education initiatives and opportunities to ensure that our customers are always able to easily realize and convey the full value of our products, including sales training, product collaterals, FAQs, and launch playbooks.
o User acquisition through various online and offline channels
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
o 0-1 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to lead a team
o Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
Proficient in MS Office and related tools
