Responsibilities:

 

1. Follow up with leads via phone, email, etc.

2. Provide product/service info and address queries.

3. Manage sales interactions in CRM.

4. Collaborate with the sales team for strategy.

5. Meet/exceed sales targets.

6. Improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

7. Provide feedback to marketing/product teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
