Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Transportation Management System (TMS) for Pan Pakistan customers.
Maintain and update TMS configurations to align with customer needs.
Coordinate data integrations and ensure all required data is being successfully fetched.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth data coordination and system functionality.
Lead and mentor the operations team, providing daily guidance and support.
Conduct ongoing training and development sessions for team members on TMS best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
1-2 years of experience in data management operations, preferably with a logistics or tracking company.
Strong understanding of database management and system operations.
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
