We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with property management experience in serviced accommodation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excellent spoken English skills, and a proven track record in the property management sector, preferably in the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily property operations in serviced accommodation.
  • Handle guest communications, reservations, and Enquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality service.
  • Support in financial tracking, guest reviews, and other administrative tasks.
  • Multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience in serviced accommodation (preferably in the US or UK).
  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Reliable daily commute to Johar Town, Pia Road.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
