Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced International Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital services and a proven track record in sales within these markets. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales to achieve company growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the USA and Canada.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand our client base in the target markets.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals and client expectations.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the digital services industry, with a focus on the USA and Canada markets.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and other related digital services.
- Network: An established network of contacts in the USA and Canada markets is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events (if applicable).
