🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing order management and ensuring products are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintaining high-quality content across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok.
• Coordinating product launches and keeping listings updated across all channels.
• Monitoring account health (especially on Amazon), responding quickly to any issues.
• Collaborating with marketing, tech teams, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to deliver seamless operations.

💡 What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service and online operations.
• Proficiency with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing multi-platform product listings and launches.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A natural communicator and team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
