- Social Media Management:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Generate engaging content, schedule posts, and actively monitor social media channels to enhance brand presence.
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention.
