Officer Process Improvement

Description:

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Sc in Textile/Garments manufacturing/MBA in Industrial Engineering

• 1-2 years of working experience in Textile/Garment ManufacturingIndustries

 Key Responsibilites:

• Analyze work force utilization, facility layout and operational data, such as,production costs, process flow charts and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of associates and equipment

• Work with Process Improvement Lead on operational excellence

• Assist in Enterprise Analysis and Process Improvement efforts to gainimprovements

• Understand latest architecture, technology, solutions, and industry trends.

• Assist in implementation of KANBAN JIDOKA system in schedule and perform process audit of unit

• Updation of KPI reports on daily and monthly basis and discussing it outcomes
