5th Pillar Family Takaful Limited is looking to hire Officer – Customer Services.
Job Responsibilities:
· Follow call centre “scripts” when handling different topics.
· Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, research every issue and providing solutions.
· Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls, respond to customer questions, and provide information about products and services.
· Resolve customer complaints and problems and offer possible solutions.
· Ensure compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
· Work with cross-functional team to identify and resolve operational issues.
