PSX is looking for a talented, qualified and highly motivated individual for the role of Officer / Assistant Manager in the 'Listed
Companies Compliance' section of 'Regulatory Affairs Department which shall be based in the Head Office, Karachi. A

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting awareness session for listed companies to educate them about their regulatory obligations
Any other task assigned by the Head of department / Chief Regulatory Officer
Required Skills:
Demonstrable knowledge of Corporate Laws including PSX Regulations, Companies Act 2017, Securities Act 2015
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Monitor compliance & interact / coordinate with listed Companies to ensure compliance of all applicable provisions of
PSX Regulations by the listed Companies and Securities in its true spirit
Analysis and review of the existing regulatory requirements, and to propose amendments in the Listing of Companies and
Securities Regulations (PSX Regulations) to strengthen the compliance procedures in light of the international best
practices and good corporate governance ethics
Analysis of Annual / Quarterly Financial Statements of the listed companies to ascertain the non-compliance
Analysis of different departmental reports and maintenance of MIS of relevant assignments/projects
. Well versed in report writing, presentations, financial analyses and financial modeling
Fine attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a strong work ethic
Researching on International best practices for improving the Regulatory regime and protection of interest of minority
shareholders
To initiate and assist in adopting measures for improving the departmental processes and incorporate automation where
required to enhance efficiencies
Coordinate with IT and other departments for completion of projects
Assist in conducting Hearing of Non-Compliant Companies and preparation of enforcement Orders;
Preferred Experience, Education and Certifications:
. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Graduate/Post-graduate in Business/Finance/Economics from a reputable university
. CFA Level 1 or above
