𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC recognized university B.COM, BBA, BS (Finance) or MBA will be a preference.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Cash Management Operations, Transaction Banking.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
§ To manage "customer setup" configurations in core banking system and Corporate Internet Banking System that include:
o Customer and Users Onboarding / Management on CBS and CBS
o Product Configuration (CBS maintenance for collections & PUI)
o Workflow Management and Rules Setup (Financial & Non-Financial)
§ To handle customer's and branch staff queries regarding Cash Management Products:
o Collections Services (Cash & Instruments)
o CIT Services
o IBFT Transactions (RTGS / IBFT)
o Online Banker Cheques Printing
o Onsite Corporate Cheques Printing
o Payment Upon Identification (PUI)
§ Responsible to train:
o Branch staff for using cash management modules
o Customers for using Corporate Internet Banking portal
§ Responsible to coordination with IT Department, Digital Banking Team and vendor for betterment and smooth functioning of Corporate Internet Banking
§ Responsible to recover & reconcile bank services charges
§ Responsible to ensure that all the documents are complete from record keeping / audit / regulatory compliance perspective.
