Office Manager

 

Description:

Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing administrative staff and ensuring a high level of customer service

Management of work planner for all projects 

Management of any outsourced companies 

Management of administrative tasks 

CRM tool management for company 

Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and laws through meticulous attention to detail

Ensuring all staff meet deadlines 

Staff performance indicators assessed 

Support our team of accountants by managing schedules, appointments, and other administrative tasks as needed with great organizational skills

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in office management or a related field

Experience in an accounting practice or a similar financial services environment preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office
