Office Coordinator

 

Description:

Four Brothers Group Pakistan is hiring an Office Coordinator to support office operations efficiently. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in managing daily office operations
✔ Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the HOD
✔ Draft and review letters, reports, and official communications
Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
✔ Maintain and organize files, documents, and records systematically
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
✔ Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: 2-3 years in administrative or office coordination roles
Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
