Four Brothers Group Pakistan is hiring an Office Coordinator to support office operations efficiently. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office functioning.
✔ Assist in managing daily office operations
✔ Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the HOD
✔ Draft and review letters, reports, and official communications
✔ Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
✔ Maintain and organize files, documents, and records systematically
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
✔ Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
✅ Experience: 2-3 years in administrative or office coordination roles
