QAULIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum BA
Proficiency in ms office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and reorder items as needed.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications.
  • Help schedule appointments and meetings for employees and update the office calendar.
  • Send meeting invitations and reminders to participants.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital files for easy accessibility.
  • Create and update documents and spreadsheets as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and postal mail efficiently.
