Description:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Head to lead and oversee the implementation and management of the Odoo ERP system across our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, deep knowledge of Odoo ERP functionalities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo ERP projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless integration of Odoo modules
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Continuously evaluate and optimize Odoo ERP processes to enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting
- Proven experience in managing Odoo ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules and their applications
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
