Required Qualifications:

1. Odoo Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Odoo's various modules, functionalities, and features is essential. This includes understanding how different modules interact with each other and how to configure them to meet specific business needs.

2. Business Process Knowledge: Familiarity with different business processes across various industries is crucial. An Odoo consultant should be able to analyze a company's requirements and suggest the most appropriate Odoo modules and configurations to optimize their workflows.

3. Technical Skills: While not always required to be a developer, a good consultant should have a solid understanding of technical concepts to communicate effectively with the development team and handle certain technical configurations or customizations.

• Required : Experience in any backend programing language required (not less than 3 years) (Python or java script specifically is a plus )
• Required: Experience in SQL Queries
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML is a plus.

4. Training and Documentation: Being able to create training materials and provide proper documentation to clients is important for ensuring smooth adoption of the Odoo system.
