We are seeking an Odoo Developer to join our team in Faisalabad for a full-time, on-site role. The Odoo Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, and programming. Key duties include developing, testing, and maintaining Odoo modules, ensuring their compatibility, and enhancing functionalities in line with business needs. The developer will work closely with team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, etc.

• Create custom reports, dashboards, views, and workflows to meet business needs.

• Ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other systems through API integrations.

• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain the current Odoo system.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and business teams to deliver optimized solutions.

• Maintain code quality, organization, and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Python and the Odoo framework.

• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, XML, and QWeb.

• Familiarity with Odoo ORM, JavaScript, and API integrations.

• Solid understanding of business processes such as Sales, CRM, and Accounting (a plus).

• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Faisalabad.
