Description:

Aerial Teknology is seeking a talented and self-motivated Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong understanding of the Odoo framework and customization capabilities.

As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Odoo applications to meet the needs of our clients.

 

Responsibilities:

 

✓ Customize and develop newmodules and features in Odoo ERP system based on business requirements.

✓ Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and systems using APIs or custom connectors.

✓ Manage and optimize the Odoo database, including data migration, backup, and recovery.

✓ Design and implement custom user interfaces, reports, and dashboards to improve user experience.

✓ Identify and troubleshoot bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks in the Odoo system.

✓ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Odoo applications to ensure smooth operation.

✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and quality assurance testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

✓ Document customizations, configurations, and development processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.

✓ Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

 

Requirements:

 

✓ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

✓ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.

✓ Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

✓ Experience with Odoo framework andcustomization techniques.

✓ Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

✓ Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

✓ Good communication and teamwork abilities.

✓ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred

 

Qualifications:

 

✓ Odoo certification(s) is a plus.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

✓ Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
