Key Responsibilities:
- Present news stories and updates on camera in an engaging and relatable manner for our YouTube audience.
- Research and prepare content on current events in the Middle East.
- Conduct interviews with relevant guests and experts, both live and recorded.
- Collaborate with the production team to create high-quality video segments.
- Engage with the audience through YouTube comments and social media platforms.
- Stay updated on local, regional, and global news trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a news anchor or in a similar role, preferably in video content creation.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with a flair for engaging storytelling.
- Strong understanding of current events in the Middle East.
- Familiarity with YouTube and video production processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Urdu (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- A degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
