Description:

This is a full-time remote role as a Salesperson at Silverlight Research. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing their recruiting projects they request, understanding their needs. You will also be responsible for meeting targets, and providing excellent customer service. This a is a fast paced role with a focus on communication and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, recruiting or customer support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in cold calling ideally
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in researching online or recruiting ideally
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field ideally
