This is a full-time remote role for a New Graduate Human Resources and Trainer Role. We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate individual to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting on the training needs for our teams and develop training programs to support their personal and professional growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining team records. You will liaise with cross-functional teams to create an ideal learning environment and drive our people strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training and Development or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training programs and presentations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive team environment
