Description:

System360 is actively seeking technically proficient individuals with strong interpersonal abilities for the role of Support Engineer.

Reponsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain networking systems to support company operations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of network security and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
  • Develop and implement network policies and procedures to optimize performance and security.
  • Monitor network performance and recommend adjustments to meet changing business needs.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of network infrastructure upgrades and expansions.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in network engineering.
  • Familiarity with VOIP solutions. (preferably 3CX)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
  • Competency in the Windows (8/10/11/Server) environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Effective problem-solving and research capabilities.

Position Details:

Full-time | Night Shift | 7 pm - 5 am | Karachi, Pakistan

Note: Mikrotik/Cisco/Microsoft certifications are preferred.
