Network Support Engineer

Description:

1. Establishes CCTV & Fiber network specifications by conferring with users; and analyzing workflow access, information, and security requirements, including interface configuration and modification.

2. Support in maintenance of Cisco and IT devices.

3. Management and maintenance of enterprise data network including IT data-center.

4. Provide support for technical, operational, and connectivity issues in PDA devices.

5. To coordinate with HQ and SAP/WMS/ESP teams to resolve the technical and operational issues in the SAP system.

6. Interact with internal clients to resolve support-related issues in existing software applications.

7. Coordinate with External & Internal teams for successful implementation/completion of IT projects.

8. To provide installation-related support to the end users and to resolve technical issues.

9. Provide support for technical, operational, and connectivity issues in PDA devices.

10. Managing Active Directory Users and Computers.

11. Controlling the repetition of similar issues.

12. Provide application testing support for IoT products.

Min Qualification: BCS/BIT/MCS/MIT, Preferably with CCNA / MCSE

Experience: 2-3 Years of IT support(Revelvent Field)
