- System Updates: Keeping network hardware and software updated.
- User Support: Assisting users with network issues and providing network usage training.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of network configurations and changes.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinating with vendors and managing service contracts.
- Capacity Planning: Monitoring network usage and planning for future needs.

- VoIP System Management: Basic understanding of VoIP Systems including setting up, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting VoIP systems, including Quality of Service adjustments.
