Description:

1. Lead the modernization of existing .NET applications, leveraging industry best practices and modern technologies.
2. Assess legacy .NET applications and recommend appropriate modernization strategies, including replatforming, containerization, microservices adoption, and code refactoring.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to plan and execute modernization projects.
4. Implement best practices for application architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
5. Refactor and optimize code to improve performance, code quality, and scalability.
