About the Role: We are seeking a talented Senior .NET Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET framework, .NET Core, Xamarin, .NET MAUI, and ASP.NET Core. This is a highly technical role, requiring hands-on experience with developing complex applications, as well as the ability to lead a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET framework, Xamarin, .NET MAUI, ASP.NET Core, WinForms, WPF, Web APIs, IIS Manager, Deploying services to Windows Server.

· Lead the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

· Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.

· Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of software with other systems and technologies.

· Mentor and train junior developers on best practices in software development.

· Stay up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies in software development.

Requirements:

· At least 5 years or above of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

· At least 4 years of experience in Xamarin Mobile development and 1 year in .NET MAUI

· Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team of developers.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality software.
