National Sales Manager

Sehat Medical Devices is a dynamic startup that specializes in the manufacture of auto-disable syringes and IV sets based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team and help us grow our business across the country.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple regions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and report on sales metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the sale of medical devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies
- Ability to travel frequently within Pakistan
- Proficiency in MS Office
