Key Responsibilities:

 

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing national sales team.

Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Sales Strategy Development:

 

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market share growth.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

 

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.

Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Represent Max Pharmaceuticals at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Budget Management:

 

Manage the national sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a National Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry with a track record of significantly increasing sales in a controlled trading setup.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
