Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in the coordination of health insurance matter.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives by supporting OD projects and activities.
  • Help maintain accurate employee records and documentation for compliance.
