Description:
As a Management Trainee Officer - Client Servicing, you will embark on an immersive six-month training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in client management within a performance marketing context. Working closely with our experienced account managers, you will gain hands-on experience in media buying strategies while honing your communication skills to build and nurture client relationships. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will transition into a permanent role within our client servicing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute media buying strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication of campaign objectives, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular performance analyses and provide insights to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to inform strategy development and client recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to client servicing.
