This is a full-time on-site role located in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities of MTO (Payroll and Allowances) include managing company-wide payroll, and allowances in line with the policies and ensuring the accuracy of the employees' database.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Payroll management of a large enterprise.
• Be proficient in Advanced Excel.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as across several teams and departments.
