Description:
Human Capital HR Solutions is actively seeking a Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation (MLE) Associate to join their team in Karachi. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and improving monitoring and evaluation systems for ongoing programs, ensuring that performance data is accurately captured, analyzed, and used for continuous improvement and learning.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to evidence-based decision making in health policy, public health, and development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools for various programs.
✅ Collect, compile, and analyze program data to assess performance and impact.
✅ Prepare timely reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations for program improvement.
✅ Collaborate with program teams to ensure effective data collection, validation, and reporting processes.
✅ Conduct field visits for data verification and to monitor program implementation.
✅ Support in capacity building for program staff on monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies.
✅ Contribute to learning sessions, helping teams document and apply lessons learned for future program enhancement.
Qualification:

✔️ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
✔️ Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting software.
✔️ Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
