Justice Project Pakistan is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our team. This role is integral to our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) efforts, working closely with the M&E Specialist to ensure the effective implementation and reporting of our programs. Responsibilities
- Assist the M&E Specialist in the preparation of narrative proposals and project reports.
- Support the development of budget proposals and financial reports.
- Coordinate with management and team leads to design effective performance evaluation systems,
- Ensure efficient reporting on monthly progress in achieving organizational targets.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data for M&E purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation related to M&E.
- Participate in field visits to monitor and evaluate ongoing projects, as needed.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the M&E Specialist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, project management, or a related role.
- Strong writing and reporting skills with experience in drafting proposals and project reports.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with M&E tools and frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
