Mid Level 3d Designer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and mid-level experienced 3D Artist to join our dynamic team. As a 3D Artist, you will play a pivotal role in creating stunning visuals, developing engaging 3D assets, and driving creative excellence across our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Design, model, and texture low-poly and high-poly 3D assets for Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), games, animations, and other interactive media.

- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure artistic consistency with project vision.

- Use industry-standard software to create detailed, photorealistic, or stylized textures and materials.

- Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual fidelity.

- Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and 3D modeling and animation trends.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in models, textures, and animations.

- Ensure assets are compatible with Unreal Engine and Unity.

- Provide constructive feedback during peer reviews and iterate based on feedback.

- Work within project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance the visual quality of projects.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of professional 3D Art experience.

- Proven experience as a 3D Artist or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or similar tools.

- Expertise in texturing and material creation using tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.

- Familiarity with game engines such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or others.

- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of design and composition.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
