Technology Castle is seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer for a full-time on-site role in Lahore. As a CRM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design CRM solutions, and implement enhancements. Additionally, you will participate in testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining CRM systems to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities Include

• Assist sales personnel with the identification of client and prospect CRM needs
• Perform CRM visioning and design sessions with clients and prospects
• Perform business analyst and requirements gathering activities during client implementations
• Document system specifications for customizations and guide developers through the
• Work closely with clients in the configuration and migration to the new CRM solution

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Report writing experience, SQL Reporting Services a plus.
