Description:
- Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients, including CRM, F&O, and Power Platform modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality code and customizations to meet client specifications and requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementation, integration, and customization.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionalities and provide insights into how these can be leveraged to enhance client solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, F&O, and Power Platform solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 implementation best practices, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Proficiency in using Dual Write for integrating data between Finance and Operations (F&O) and the Common Data Service (CDS).
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with experience in developing plugins, custom workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 development and customization are highly preferred.
