Description:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize our business processes and drive operational excellence. This role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR).

Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, Power Platform, or third-party tools.

Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and customizations using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation.

Conduct user training and create comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.

Stay updated on new Dynamics 365 features and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum [X years] of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and support.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., CRM, ERP, Finance, and Operations).
