Description:
· Manage all technical aspects of the product validation from customer’s perspective (installation/upgrade etc).
· The ideal candidate must have both deep technical ability and implementation experience and is able to provide leadership across a broad scope.
· The ideal candidate must have impeccable technical design skills, coding chops and think out-of-the-box to solve deep technical issues for complex, global business application platforms.
· The ideal candidate must have excellent architecture and design experience for large scale platforms and development tools.
· Effective collaboration within and/or outside team is desirable.
· Must understand the customer’s functional and non-functional requirements and must be capable of driving a solution to meet the customer requirements.
· Must design the solutions keeping in view of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM best practices.
· The role is going to be a core strategic role and your involvement in the overall organization strategies execution is required. Like must suggest areas of improvements, help in the growth of the organization by identifying the industry gaps and product needs, improving the organizational e-presence through regular blogging and other social media activities.
