We are looking for a Microsoft Applications Expert Resource with following roles & responsibilities:

Role

The Microsoft Expert will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SQL Server, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Office 365. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and be capable of delivering technical solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and maintain Microsoft Exchange, AD, SQL Server, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Office 365 environments.
• Monitor and manage system performance, capacity, and security.
• Plan, design, and implement new systems, services, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high xl and reliability of Microsoft systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.
• Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
