We are looking for a talented Meta & Google Ads Specialist with server-side tracking experience to join our team and drive successful campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Set up server-side tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Conversion API, and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions for accurate conversion tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation of tracking codes and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
- Optimize ad performance through continuous A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative refinement to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for scaling campaigns.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and tracking technologies to apply best practices in digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Expertise in server-side tracking tools such as Meta Conversion API, GTM, and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions.
- Strong ability to analyze campaign data, spot trends, and optimize for performance.
- Experience with cross-channel attribution and a deep understanding of conversion tracking.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
